Gauntlet Imitations

Dandy - Actually the imitation is Gauntlet, and Dandy is the original. This older release for Atari's home computers is assumed to be the inspiration behind Gauntlet, though it took a threatened lawsuit by Dandy's original programmer to make anyone acknowledge the connection.

Dark Chambers - This title for the Atari 2600, 7800 and 8-bits borrows heavily from both Dandy and Gauntlet. But this time Dandy's author received credit without the need for threats.
