The Silly Race is not without its own enemies to dodge. Flocks of birds fly across some platforms, showing off their teleporting talents. They can teleport marbles as well, just by touching them. Sometimes this can be a pleasant surprise, if you reappear further along in the race. Jumps backward are just as likely, however, so it's best to avoid the birds altogether.
